With this simple dressing you can create your own poke bowl at home. Why not try it with our sashimi grade tuna, kingfish or fresh salmon!
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp chilli powder (optional)
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Stir through your protein of choice, and serve with a selection of rice, vegetables & pickles.
